I played the AVP demo toady and I loved it. The marine gameplay is great. Good weapon selection a mini-map that detects enemies, but they're at the biggest disadvantage because they are slow. Which is fair, considering their firearms. The alien gameplay is really cool to. Hoping around on the walls and killing people from behind was awesome. But, I hate the Predator gameplay. It's way to hard to get one kill. You have to turn on thermal vision then go into cloak mode, which people can still see you very well in, and them you might get a kill. I'm not saying the cloak has to make you completely invisible, that wouldn't be fair at all, but it should do something. I've cloaked myself, went behind someone, tried to grab them, the predator wouldn't grab them and they still turned around and killed me. If anything they have to fix the predator gameplay. Other than that and the whole non established team thing, it's a great game. I'd recommend you try this demo or get the game when it comes out.
